FROM POINTS ALONG I-65: Birmingham, Nashville, Atlanta (yes, it's the fastest
route): Take I-65 exit 284 to Alabama Highway 160 towards Hayden (east). In just a tad under 11 miles, turn left onto Blount County Highway 45. In 1.7 miles (slow down or you'll miss it!) turn left onto Camp Road and follow the signs. FROM POINTS NORTHEAST ALONG I-59: Chattanooga TN, Gadsden AL: Take I-59 exit 166 to US-231 (west) towards Oneonta & Cleveland. In about 14 miles (Cleveland), follow the signs to Alabama Highway 160 towards Hayden (west). In about 7.5 miles, turn right onto Blount County Highway 45. [If your GPS tells you to turn right on Johnson Road, DON'T; keep driving to Hwy 45!] In 1.7 miles (slow down or you'll miss it!) turn left onto Camp Road and follow the signs. FROM HUNTSVILLE (because it's so special): Take US-231 south to Cleveland and follow the signs to Alabama Highway 160 towards Hayden (west). Have fun on the Cleveland Roundabout!! In about 6.7 miles, turn right onto Blount County Highway 45. [If your GPS tells you to turn right on Johnson Road, DON'T; keep driving to Hwy 45!] In 1.7 miles (slow down or you'll miss it!) turn left onto Camp Road and follow the signs. There you go, easy-peasy. Come on down to DA CREEK! |
